We are Hiring ! Actively looking for Telecom Engineers for our Office in Dubai. Below is are the required Skills . If you meet the below skill set and have the expertise, please drop your CV to

Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience required with support and implementation of Avaya IP Office and IP Office Server Edition, Avaya Media Gateways (IP500),Avaya Contact Center (ACCS/IPOCC/CCR) .

Experience/Knowledge with other communication solutions Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Call Recorders, Remote workers, virtualization, SIP and SIP trunking, Session Border Controllers (SBC), unified messaging, attendant consoles, and soft-clients is advantage .

Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft SQL Server Administration.

Experience organizing and managing detailed information and working with teams in project support and troubleshooting efforts preferred .

Troubleshooting skills on networks and servers .

Previous experience working for a managed services IT firm a plus .

Knowledge of WAN, LAN and WLAN networking, VPN concepts .
